Records on your device

This game requires no login and stores your current life, choices, archived lives, custom record titles, and sound and vibration settings on your device. Names, countries, health, and wealth in the game belong to fictional characters. The game does not ask for your real identity, health information, or financial information.

Update checks and requests

When the app starts or resumes, it checks version information on hayo.dev over HTTPS. The app does not add play records, account information, or app-assigned user or device identifiers to this request. Google Firebase Hosting processes the requesting IP address and retains IP data for a few months to detect abuse and analyze service usage. If the app has not received version information, it allows offline play. Once a required update is confirmed, the old version stays blocked until it is updated. This version has no ads or in-app purchases and does not send play records to external analytics services. It does not request contacts, location, camera, microphone, or advertising identifiers.

Exporting and sharing

Images, text, and HTML books are generated when you choose to save or share them. They are not posted to other people before you select a sharing destination. Copies exported to another app or storage location are subject to that service’s policies. If a record title contains personal information, review it before sharing.

Retention and deletion

Records remain on your device while the app data is retained. You can delete records in the app by uninstalling the app or using your operating system’s app data deletion feature. Starting a new life does not delete the entire archive. Manage separately saved or shared files and operating system backups at their respective locations. Export records you need before uninstalling. Uninstalling the app does not immediately delete IP data already retained by Firebase Hosting. That data remains subject to the retention period described above.

Operating system and backups

Device security, backup and diagnostic settings, and store use are subject to Apple’s or Google’s policies. On iOS, app documents can be accessed through the Files app and may be backed up depending on operating system settings. The game does not provide its own account or cloud sync service.

If you contact support directly, your message and reply address may be processed to respond. Do not send passwords or payment information. If ads, payments, or server features are added, this notice and store disclosures will be updated to reflect actual practices.
