Delete your account
How to delete your connected 1 in 8 Billion game account and server data.
Applies from version 1.0.1 with account features. Earlier versions without accounts can be managed by deleting local app data.
Delete in the app
Open Settings → Account connection → Delete account. Reauthenticate with your linked Google, Apple or email sign-in method. Apple-linked accounts require Apple reauthentication and token revocation. Guest accounts can request deletion from the currently signed-in device without creating an email account. Review the account and any earlier balance deletion notice before confirming. Cancelling or failing reauthentication does not proceed with deletion.
If you cannot access the app
Email contact@hayo.dev with the game name and the email linked to your account. Use “1 in 8 Billion account deletion request” as the subject. Send from the linked address where possible. We will explain the minimum steps needed to verify that the account is yours. Guest accounts have no linked email, so identifying one may be difficult after losing its signed-in device. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, identity-document copies or card numbers.

What is deleted
We delete the Firebase game account, its RevenueCat customer and remaining Gems, and server-side country-selection transactions and grants. Processing happens in stages across providers, so acceptance is not completion. Gem access is restricted during deletion, and the deleted balance cannot be recovered.
What you manage separately
Local lives, exported files and operating-system backups are separate from the server account. Apple/Google order records are not automatically erased and account deletion does not itself issue a refund. Provider backups, security records and legally retained information may remain under the applicable policies. Uninstalling alone does not delete the server account.
